Episode 5: The Paradox of Attachment

The practice of non-attachment can seem hard to grasp. How does one detach from something they want in order to achieve or hold onto it? Today I discuss practical methods of using non-attachment in the areas of our lives where we acknowledge that there is a deep attachment to something.

The quality of energy that pumps through your mind and body while you’re working on or pondering about what you want: that’s either going to be a quality that’s help and you enjoy, or a quality that sucks and is weighing you down.
