Episode 3: How to Grow by Being Already Done

Today’s episode is brought to you by a paradox that I chew on all the time: starting with completion.

Goals, visions, aspirations… us humans are constantly moving forward with the flow of time. Sometimes your aspiration is to maintain your same fitness level. Sometimes your goal could be a financial one. Sometimes in your vision, you want to cultivate a more peaceful attitude in general and remove stress from your life.

So then how does it make sense to start with “I’ve already done it”? Listen to this episode to get a little of my insight in this non-linear practice of wholeness.
